Guest tickets are free and must be reserved by the
graduate in advance.
All family and guests attending undergraduate ceremonies held in the Bren Events Center REQUIRE TICKETS FOR ENTRY.

- UCI students can log-in to reserve tickets if
they have met graduation eligibility requirements AND:
• Undergraduates – have completed an Application
to Graduate by the deadline set by the applicant’s school.
Ticket reservations will
be from April 7 to 18, online via the button
below. You must complete the reservation process during
these dates in order to receive tickets. Ticket reservations
will open as follows:

of Tickets Each Graduate Can Reserve »
- The number of tickets each graduate can reserve depends upon the size of the graduating
class in each School.
If extra tickets for specific ceremonies are available after the first
round, there will be a second round of ticket requests from April 21-25. An email will be sent to you with availability
information. You
must complete the first round during the week of April 7-18 to
be eligible for the possible second round of ticket reservations.

Tickets are distributed when
you pick up your cap and gown during the Senior Send-off Week at the Phineas
Banning Alumni House, June 2-6. Bring your ID and name card printout
with you. Hours are:

There will be no ticket distribution at Commencement
Ceremonies.
Please give tickets to your family and guests PRIOR to your
ceremony line-up time. Tickets are not available at the door,
nor will any be held for parents/guests pick-up. Forgotten/lost tickets
cannot be replaced. Children who are young enough (under the age of
2) to remain on parent’s lap for the duration of the ceremony
do not need a ticket.
Ticket Reservation Process
- Check with your academic counselor
to see if you are eligible to graduate.
- Submit an Application
to Graduate by the deadline set by your school.
- Reserve tickets via the button below based on your ceremony’s
specific
reservation start time (see above: How
and When Tickets are Reserved).
- The last step in the reservation process is
downloading and printing a name card. Print
the name card and save the pdf file generated by the reservation
system. (Be sure Adobe
Acrobat Reader is installed in your computer prior
to beginning.) Your name card is needed to pick up tickets at Senior Send-off Week, and for line-up one hour prior
to the start of your ceremony.
