Log-in to reserve tickets now if you are:

A UCI undergraduate student who has met graduation eligibility requirements
AND
Have already completed and submitted an Application to Graduate by the appropriate deadline.

At the end of the reservation process, print the name card and save the pdf file generated by the reservation system. (Be sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed in your computer prior to beginning.) Your name card is needed to pick up tickets at Senior Send-off Week, and for lineup one hour prior to the start of your ceremony.

All remaining tickets are on a first come, first served basis. Round 2 ticket reservations will close once the last remaining tickets have been reserved.

Guest tickets are free and must be reserved by the graduate in advance.

All family and guests attending undergraduate ceremonies held in the Bren Events Center REQUIRE TICKETS FOR ENTRY.

• How and When Tickets are Reserved »
• UCI students can log-in to reserve tickets if they have metgraduation eligibility requirements AND:
  • Undergraduates – have completed an Application to Graduate by the deadline set by your school
  

  Ticket reservations will be from April 7 to 18, online via the button below. You must complete the reservation process during these dates in order to receive tickets. Ticket reservations will open as follows:
  

  Schools:	Reservation start time on Monday, April 7 (PDT):
  Social Ecology	10 a.m.
  Humanities, ICS, Biology, Engineering, Arts, Physical Sciences, and Education	11 a.m.
  Social Sciences	12:30 p.m.

  Ticket reservation will close at 6:00 p.m. PDT on Friday, April 18.

• Number of Tickets Each Graduate Can Reserve »
• The number of tickets each gradute can reserve, which is listed on each ceremony’s page, depends upon the size of the graduating class in each school.

  If extra tickets for specific ceremonies are available after the first round, there will be a second round of ticket requests from April 21 to 25. An email will be sent to you with availability information. You must complete the first round during the week of April 7 to 18 to be eligible for the possible second round of ticket reservations.

• Tickets are distributed when you pick up your cap and gown during the Senior Send-off Week at the Phineas Banning Alumni House, June 2-6. Bring your ID and name card printout with you. Hours are:

  (6/2) Monday:	9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  (6/3) Tuesday:	9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  (6/4) Wednesday:	9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  (6/5) Thursday:	9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  (6/6) Friday:	9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

  There will be no ticket distribution at Commencement ceremonies.

Be sure to give tickets to your family/guests PRIOR to your ceremony lineup time. Tickets are not available at the door, nor will any be held for parents/guests pick-up. Forgotten/lost tickets cannot be replaced. Children who are young enough (under the age of 3) to remain on parent’s lap for the duration of the ceremony do not need a ticket.
