Staff Volunteers

Participate in the wonderful experience and excitement of graduation at UC Irvine! More than 200 staff volunteers are needed to make the weekend a great success!  You may also volunteer at Senior Send-off Week from June 1 - 5 at the Phineas Banning Alumni House and help distribute commencement tickets to graduates. Student Volunteers: Honor Banner Carriers

The Banner Carriers play a prestigious and important role in the Commencement Ceremonies. They lead the Bachelor’s candidates or Platform Party down the aisle. They also direct the graduating students onto and off of the stage.

Honor Banner Carriers are selected from current UCI students who are not graduating in 2009. Five to six Banner Carriers are needed for each ceremony. Apply to be a UCI Honor Banner Carrier using the online form .
